What it is

Get paid now for freight you’ve already hauled

Freight factoring turns your unpaid load invoices into cash the same day you deliver, instead of waiting on a broker’s 30, 60, or 90 day terms. You sell the invoice, we advance the bulk of it immediately, and we collect from the broker or shipper so you don’t have to. For Inland Empire carriers running tight on fuel and payroll between settlements, it is the difference between parking a truck and booking the next load.

01

Advance on delivered loads

Submit the rate confirmation and proof of delivery, and we fund the advance the same day, often within hours.

02

We handle collections

We chase the broker or shipper for payment so your dispatcher isn’t doing it. Non-recourse options cover you if the customer goes under.

03

Fuel and payroll, covered

Keep cash moving for diesel, drivers, and maintenance without taking on debt or waiting on slow-pay customers.

How freight factoring works

Deliver the load, get paid the same day

Factoring is not a loan. You are advanced the value of work you have already completed, split into an immediate advance and a small reserve released when the broker pays.

Why carriers choose it

Same-day cash flow. Most loads fund the day proof of delivery is in, so fuel and payroll never wait on a broker’s terms.

Credit on the broker, not you. Approval is based on the strength of the broker or shipper paying the invoice, which is why new and small carriers qualify.

No long-term contract. We structure month-to-month and spot-factoring options, so you factor the loads you want and skip the ones you don’t.

Why Commercial Capital Partners

Built for the Inland Empire’s freight lanes

  • We know IE logistics. Ontario, Fontana, San Bernardino, and Riverside warehouse and port-drayage freight along the I-10 and I-15 corridors is our backyard.
  • Owner-operators and brokers welcome. From a single truck to a growing fleet, and freight brokers who need to fund carrier pay, we structure the right facility.
  • One advisor, straight answers. You get a person who explains the rate, the reserve, and the fine print before you sign, not a call center.
“If the deal makes sense, there’s capital for it. We structure financing for owners and operators who need solutions, not roadblocks.”

Common questions

Freight factoring, answered plainly

Most delivered loads fund the same day, often within hours of submitting the rate confirmation and proof of delivery. After the first setup, funding is typically same-day every time.

No. You are not borrowing. You are selling an invoice for work you have already completed and being advanced most of its value immediately. There is no debt on your balance sheet and no monthly loan payment.

With recourse factoring you are responsible if the broker never pays. With non-recourse, we absorb the loss if the customer goes out of business. Non-recourse usually carries a slightly higher fee, and we will walk you through which fits your lanes.

No. We offer month-to-month and spot options so you can factor only the loads or brokers you choose. There is no requirement to commit your whole book.
